FactuFactu is designed to live on a USB stick and run from there. Your invoices travel with you, work on any Mac or Windows PC and depend on no computer or cloud.
Download and unzip
You get a “FactuFactu” folder with the Mac and Windows versions.
Copy it to the USB stick
The whole folder. If you open it from the computer, the app tells you.

Double-click and it opens in your browser. The first time, a one-minute guide shows you how it works.

Shows how much VAT you owe (form 303) and the deadline.
Quotes, expenses and hours
Turn a quote into an invoice and log expenses and hours worked.

Do I need internet?
No. It works offline. The browser is only used as the screen.
Where is my data stored?
On your USB stick, in the “Datos de facturas” folder next to the program. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Which computers does it run on?
Mac with macOS 11 or later (Apple chip or Intel) and 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. The same USB stick works on both.
Who is it for?
Freelancers and small businesses in Spain. The app is in Spanish.
Is it VeriFactu-compliant?
The version you will receive will be VeriFactu-compliant. That is why it is a pre-order for now.
Do I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe and you will receive the receipt and invoice by email.
