About me
Understand the operation.
Improve the technology.
My experience connects IT support, maintenance and the development of tools for everyday work.
I'm interested in understanding how a process works, spotting its pain points and turning them into practical solutions — a perspective shaped by working closely with teams, hands-on with the operation.
